Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly indicates otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the pej66 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pej66 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on pej66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pej66 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification may be required at registration or at any point during your Account's lifetime.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and associations are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or subject to any court order or regulatory direction restricting your participation in gaming activities.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing pej66 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be employed by, or an immediate family member of an employee of, pej66 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.

Account Registration

To access the full range of pej66 services, you must register for a single Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pej66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify pej66 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. pej66 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation whenever unauthorized access is suspected.

• All personal information provided at registration must be truthful and up to date. You must notify pej66 promptly of any changes to your registered details.
• pej66 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Accounts found to contain false, misleading, or unverifiable information will be suspended or permanently closed, and balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Identity Verification (KYC)

pej66 is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. You may be asked to provide identity documentation at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo ID: National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months showing your registered address.
• Payment method verification: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, OVO, or DANA account displaying your name and account number).
• Source of funds declaration: In cases where transaction volumes trigger enhanced due diligence under pej66's AML policy.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete to pej66's satisfaction. pej66 reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 5 business days while document review is in progress. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 calendar days may result in Account suspension.

Deposits

All deposits to pej66 Accounts must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account is held by a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in refund of the deposit and potential Account suspension.

pej66 currently accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallet deposits: minimum Rp 20.000 — typically credited within 1–3 minutes.
• Bank transfer deposits: minimum Rp 50.000 — typically credited within 1–5 minutes during operating hours.

pej66 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pej66 accepts no responsibility. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your Wallet Balance and wagered.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the same name as the pej66 Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Conditions that must be met before a withdrawal will be processed:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved.
• All applicable Wagering Requirements on any active Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money Wallet Balance (Bonus Funds that have not yet cleared wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn).
• A minimum of one deposit must have been made to the Account prior to the withdrawal request.

pej66 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for verified accounts. During periods of high transaction volume or where enhanced due diligence is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. pej66 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged by automated fraud detection systems.

Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may apply depending on your Account tier and payment method. Current limits are published in the Payments section of the pej66 Help Center.

Bonuses & Promotions

pej66 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General conditions applicable to all pej66 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) before becoming eligible for withdrawal, unless the promotion explicitly states a different multiplier.
• Validity Period: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless otherwise specified. Uncompleted bonuses expire and are removed from the Account at the end of the validity period.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%, sports bets contribute 100%, and slots contribute 100% unless a specific game is excluded. Full contribution rates are published on the applicable promotion page.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per market is Rp 200.000 unless the promotion specifies a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may result in the bonus being voided.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Gameplay Rules

By placing any wager on the pej66 Platform, you accept the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rule prevails for matters relating solely to that game's mechanics; for all other matters, these Terms & Conditions apply.

• Sports Betting: All sports bets — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League), badminton, MotoGP, and E-sports — are subject to pej66's Sports Betting Rules. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, accepted bets are binding. In-play bets are accepted at pej66's discretion and may be suspended at any time.
• Live Casino: All live casino games operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live are governed by the respective provider's published rules. pej66's role is limited to providing access to these games; game outcomes are determined solely by the provider's certified systems.
• Slots: All slot titles use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) with independently audited Return to Player (RTP) percentages published in the game information panel. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
• Domino QQ & Blackjack: Standard published rules apply for each game variant. Table-specific rules (minimum/maximum bet, number of decks, side bet availability) are displayed within the game interface.

pej66 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, data feed error, or manifest error in odds or game parameters is identified. Players will be notified of any voidance affecting their Account and the relevant stake will be returned to their Wallet Balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pej66 Platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account, including sharing login credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way not explicitly permitted.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any connected game system. Any such exploit must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or placement of funds of criminal origin.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the pej66 Platform's technology infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pej66 and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, or government action.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by certified RNG systems, live dealers, or sports data feeds — including outcomes you believe to be incorrect — where no manifest error can be demonstrated.

In any event, pej66's maximum aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pej66 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from error.

Privacy & Data

pej66 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.

pej66 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with trusted third-party service providers (payment processors, game studios, KYC verification partners) under strict confidentiality obligations, and with competent authorities where required by law.

Amendments

pej66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always published at https://pej66.net/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly displayed at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Termination

Closure by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting pej66 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money Wallet Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Closure by pej66: pej66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct is detected.
• The Account holder is found to be ineligible under Clause 3.
• Regulatory or licensing requirements mandate closure.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant account).

In cases of closure due to breach, pej66 reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation and, where fraud or AML violations are confirmed, to retain those funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pej66 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall first be submitted to pej66's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved within 30 calendar days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or be permanently barred.
